    How to: Train your Housemate

    I walk into the living room on the way to the kitchen. "Oh Ali, before I forget, what do you want from Wizard of Oz because I'm going on Saturday..." "I don't know," comes the response. "Well they've got finger puppets," I say helpfully, "or they've got toy doll thingys. I'm going to get one of them." "Oooh ok." Pleased to have got at least a suggestion of what she wants, I tell her I'll see what I can do. She interrupts, "I want a crow..." "They don't have crows " I tell her insistently. She continues, "I want James the crow." "They don't have crow merchandise, " I yell back at her, "I've already complained."

    James the crow is so lovely they really should make a finger puppet of him - and not phased at all by being introduced to lots of crazy people in costume!

    Erm is this the time to say, as I sit in my office next to the remains of the merchandise, that we've nearly sold out of everything...Of the finger puppets I think we only have scarecrows left (but still no crows).

    But I do have some James the Crow news but I shall share that when I see you ;-)
