    Today I went to the gym. I wrote five hundred words of my rapidly-getting-very-boring dissertation. But the true test of will power was the refusal to watch the repeat of The Games on Channel 4... My name is Nik and I have an obsessive personality. Thank god we don't have the channel so I can't watch streaming.
